With an acute focus on racial equity, All Hands Raised brings together practitioners and leaders from education, business, government and non-profits to ensure the success of every child
in Multnomah County, from cradle to career. To do this, All Hands Raised provides the framework, coaching and tools that empower schools and organizations to improve educational outcomes for more than 220,000 children and youth, ages 0–24.
As the backbone organization for the local Cradle to Career effort, All Hands Raised serves the six urban school districts in Portland and Multnomah County: Centennial, David Douglas, Gresham-Barlow, Parkrose, Portland Public Schools, and Reynolds.
Our unique history, grounded in a commitment to equity, strong governance structure and dedicated staff, ensures that we continue to make progress in our mission to help all children, youth and young adults in Multnomah County achieve their full potential.
