All Hands Raised Party with a Purpose (#PWAP23), hosts 500+ business, community and education leaders throughout the Portland metropolitan area to help improve BIPOC students’ success inside and outside of school.
In February 2023, PWAP returns to the Moda Center where guests will enjoy tasty beverages, savory eats, and big laughs. Featuring a heartfelt program and ample opportunity to rub elbows with other champions of racial equity.
