We’re seeking enthusiastic, inspired volunteers in the greater Portland area to help bring Party with a Purpose 2025 to life. This upbeat annual gala supports equity in education, and we need your help to make it unforgettable.

Volunteer Roles
(All times approximate)

  • Event Setup Support: 4:00–5:30 pm

  • Smile Ambassadors (meet & greet + provide direction): 5:00–7:30 pm

  • Registration Check-in + Out: 5:00–9:30 pm

  • Wranglers (assist with managing flow and transitions): 5:00–9:30 pm

  • Breakdown Support: 8:30–9:30 pm
